We do our best to ensure the accessibility of our website and to secure error-free transmissions. Due to repair or updating activities for the website, your access may be temporary suspended or restricted. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.

SHIPPING
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. All orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 days. Shipping costs are based on the destination. If you have special requirements concerning the shipment of your order, please let us know by sending an email to info@guardenza.com
THE NETHERLANDS, BELGIUM & GERMANY
All orders in The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are shipped by DHL or PostNL unless otherwise specified. The right shipping method and price will automatically be calculated for you when you place your order. For orders over €25 we offer free shipping

INTERNATIONAL
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. International shipping can be handled by DHL. Orders outside The Netherlands typically can take anywhere from 2 – 8 days due to customs processing. The right shipping method and price will automatically be calculated for you when you place your order. Destinations that do not appear in the dropdown menu at checkout are handled separately by e-mail.

TRACKING NUMBERS
You will be emailed a tracking number when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the package to be scanned and the information to show up in the carrier’s system.

ORDER CANCELLATION
INCORRECT ITEMS
- Please return any incorrect item to the address we will provide you after notification, we will replace or refund you for the incorrect item upon receiving the returned goods.
- Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage.
- Please note that should you choose to return items from overseas, the return of items may therefore be at the senders own expense.
DAMAGED ITEMS
REPEAT & SAVE
This section only applies to Repeat & Save subscription orders.
You acknowledge and agree that each subscription (repeat & save) order results automatically unless you pause/cancel it or we suspend or terminate it in accordance with these terms.
Guardenza will automatically renew your Repeat & Save subscription order and will charge your payment method depending on your chosen shipping frequency. As authorized by you.
Your payment method will be charged at least one full business day prior to your next ship date. We will charge your payment method with the applicable fees for your order, along with any shipping, handling and sales or similar taxes that may be charged with your Order.
To avoid being charged, you must cancel or pause your Repeat & Save subscription in your account or by sending us an email to: info@guardenza.com. We will continue to bill your Payment Method on a recurring basis (depending on your Order and selected shipping frequency) until you cancel or pause.
PAUSE AND RESUME REPEAT & SAVE SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Customers will receive a Repeat & Save subscription order based on the shipping frequency. If customers would like to temporarily pause their subscription order, please make sure to change this in your account or email us at info@guardenza.com. Customers who are in a Pause Period can receive Guardenza products again by updating their account or emailing us at info@guardenza.com
REPEAT & SAVE SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
You can cancel your Repeat & Save Subscription order at any time through your account or email at info@uardenza.com. Processing cancellation requests can take up to five (5) business days. If you have any problems, please email us at: info@guardenza.com. After the subscription has been canceled you won’t be able to reactivate it anymore. You will also lose access to the 15% discount. This will be reassigned after applying for a new subscription for renewal order.
AMBASSADOR PROGRAM
As a Guardenza ambassador you are obliged to adhere to the following terms and conditions:
PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
By becoming an ambassador for Guardenza, you agree to represent our brand in a positive light and help us promote our products. Ambassadors play a crucial role in enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
ELIGIBILITY:
To qualify as an ambassador, you must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in our Ambassador Program guidelines. We reserve the right to review and approve or deny applications based on our discretion.
AMBASSADOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an ambassador, you agree to actively participate in promotional activities, including but not limited to sharing content, creating social media posts, and engaging with your audience to promote Guardenza. Active participation in affiliate activities is encouraged, involving the sharing of unique referral links and promotional codes, if designated by Guardenza
COMMISSION RANKING STRUCTURE:
a. Ambassadors are eligible for a ranking structure where they are entitled to a certain commission and/or discount code. The current ranking structure is displayed on our ambassador program page.
b. Discount codes are explicitly only given by Guardenza to selected ambassadors. Members with affiliate purposes only are not eligible.
c. Rankings are evaluated monthly based on the volume of sales or placed content, with each sale or social media placement counting as 1 point.
CONTENT APPROVAL:
Before you place any content as a Guardenza ambassador, you must first send it to our email: info@guardenza.com for approval. We will review your content within 24 hours and register a point for the ranking.
PAYOUTS:
Once you have received a commission you will be automatically paid via bank transfer or PayPal once you reach 50 euros. Your payment information must be filled in in your account (under settings) so that your earnings can be processed on time.
COMPENSATION:
Ambassadors may be eligible for various incentives, discounts, or exclusive perks based on their performance and achievements. The specifics of compensation will be communicated personally by email and can be subject to change at the discretion of Guardenza.
CODE OF CONDUCT:
Ambassadors are expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical behavior. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to dishonesty, harassment, or violation of applicable laws, will result in termination from the Ambassador Program.
TERMINATION:
Guardenza reserves the right to terminate an ambassador’s participation in the program at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, violation of terms, inappropriate behavior, or failure to meet program expectations.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS:
Guardenza reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Ambassador Program and its terms and conditions at any time. Ambassadors will be notified of any changes, and continued participation will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
Ambassadors agree to keep confidential any information shared by Guardenza that is not publicly disclosed. This includes, but is not limited to, upcoming product launches, marketing strategies, or other proprietary information.
WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
Guardenza disclaims all warranties and makes no representations regarding the accuracy, performance, completeness or suitability of the information or materials found or offered on this website for any purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Please note that your access and use of the information or materials on this website, is at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. Guardenza is not responsible for ensuring your specific needs of requirements based on our products, services or information available through this website.
ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
This website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
AVAILABILITY
availability information on our website is listed on the information page of each product. As we process your order, we will inform you by email if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.
TAX
VAT at 21% is included in the final price for all orders delivered to an address within the European Union (EU). If you ship to an address outside the EU, sales tax will be deducted at checkout. Guardenza is VAT registered in The Netherlands.
CUSTOMS
When ordering goods outside the European Union the buyer may be subject to other charges. Import duties, taxes, and related charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. CHILDREN
Guardenza does not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may use the website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
UPDATES

The date of last modification is stated at the end of these Terms of Use. It is your responsibility to check this page from time to time for updates. It is the user’s full responsibility to use our products properly and safely. Guardenza assume no responsibility for any conditions or allergic reactions that may arise from the direct or indirect use of our products. Natural ingredients may result in slight batch variations.
